In a year when people have been complaining about the number of people with phones, it’s been refreshing to see someone take the time to mount their phone on their bike and use it as a mobile phone mount.
The man behind the project, who goes by the name of Mike Crampton, is a lifelong cyclist who has a passion for making people ride bikes and the bikes that they ride.
He says his passion is in helping cyclists be more safe, as well as having fun.
Mike Cramsonton rides his bike.
“I like to ride my bike,” he says.
“That’s why I wanted to do something like this.
I have a passion.
I like to share that with other people, and this is something I want to do for my bike.”
The idea of mounting a phone in a bike mount is quite a new one, and Mike says it’s not only the first bike mount he’s done, but the first to use a GoPro.
“The first time I mounted my phone on my bike, I did a little bit of research, and there was a lot of misinformation,” he said.
“There was a huge amount of people saying, ‘Yeah, but this isn’t safe.
This isn’t good for your hands, you don’t want to get your phone hit by a tree.'”
Mike says he decided to mount his GoPro on his bike after learning that he could get hit by trees while riding.
He mounted the GoPro on the handlebars of his bike and says he found that the mounting method worked well, with no damage to the phone or the bike.
He’s also seen some riders use it for other reasons, like to get the GoPro to be more stable, but it’s still not a “thumbs up” from him.
“People say it’s going to break,” he explained.
“But it’s also not going to shatter.
So I’ve been doing it for a year and it’s worked.”
Mike’s setup is fairly simple, and includes a tripod, a tripod base, and a GoPro stand.
He used a 3-inch, aluminum stand, which he bought from Amazon.
The stand is meant to be held on by the handlebar, but he said he found it to be easy to remove and replace.
The GoPro is held on the bottom of the stand.
When Mike is riding, the GoPro mount is mounted to the handle bars, which means the camera is in a horizontal position, making it easy to hold it in a position that allows the user to be in the most comfortable position possible.
Mike says his goal is to have the mount working on a regular basis, and to eventually have a mobile app that allows users to get a notification when their phone is mounted.
“When you’re riding, you need to have a steady hand on the wheel,” he explains.
“And when you’re trying to hold the phone, it needs to be a stable position.
That’s why it’s important to be able to use the GoPro.”
