Here are a few easy bike ride essentials you can add to your daily routine.
Exercise bike basics: • A sturdy handlebar, or a light weight bike seat, will make it easier to balance on the saddle.
• A helmet with a wide brim is a must.
• The handlebars should be a good height for riding.
• Some cyclists prefer the wider handlebars and some prefer the longer seatpost.• The saddle should be wide enough to accommodate the cyclist’s arms.
• There should be no more than two seatbelts on the bike.
