A company in the United States is in talks to launch a dog bicycle that would allow dogs to ride bicycles in India.

The Dog Bicycle Company hopes to offer an electric bicycle for sale in India at Rs 1,000 and a bicycle for dogs at Rs 15,000.

The company is working on a dog bike that could be used for long distance training.

“We have been working on it for the last five years, and we have already designed and tested the product,” founder and CEO of the Dog Bicycle company, Amit Kumar said.

He said the company has already secured the required funding.

The product would be available in 2017 for the Rs 1.00 price and the Dog Bicycles have also partnered with a pet food company to manufacture the product in-house.

The dog bicycle has two-wheeled treads which allow the animal to move around and move the pedals.

“We want to provide the best quality product to the customers,” Kumar said, adding that the company was looking at options for the price.
